Your Silver Box Subscription

Can the Subscription be sent direct to my loved one or friend?

  • Yes of course, when you place the order please add their name, email and address details in the special notes box.


How will you get to know my friends style?

  •  Once you've placed your order, we will send you our questionnaire which you can forward to them for completion or if you'd prefer we can send it to them direct. 


Can I send a Gift Card in my friends subscription?

  • Yes of course, just let us know the message and we'll add a hand written Gift Card to your friend or loved ones Silver Box.


Will my jewellery be Silver Plated?

  • No, your Silver Box will contain jewellery made from 925 Sterling Silver.


What if I don't like the jewellery?

  • We realise jewellery is very much a personal choice, which is why we like to build a picture about you, thus enabling us with our experience to select a piece you will hopefully love. However we may not always get it right, but we really hope you like our selection as much as we do. If not, we're sure it'll make a lovely gift to a friend or loved one.


Can I exchange or return the jewellery from my Silver Box?

  • I'm afraid we cannot accept returns or exchanges.


What if my jewellery is faulty?

  • We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery, but should you find it to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will happily replace it. 


Will p&p be added to my Subscription? 

  • Your Silver Box will be sent within the UK via First Class Post at no extra cost to yourself. However if you wish it to arrive urgently, please contact us to arrange a special delivery, a small charge will be made for this service. 


Can I cancel my Subscription?

  • Yes, your subscription can be stopped at any time after the initial three months, please inform us 14 days prior to your usual subscription payment date.
