Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

​

We offer 1st Class UK delivery for all purchases, you may wish to consider our signed for delivery service. Please contact us for International orders.

​

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however should delays occur that are out of our control we will inform you.

 

Orders are sent to you by First Class Royal Mail post. Please allow  1-4 working days –

(1st class post is not a guaranteed next day service). Please contact us should you wish to receive your order by a guaranteed date.

 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided during purchase. We cannot be held responsible

if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

A signature will be required so someone needs to be in to receive the order, otherwise Royal Mail will

leave a card for you to collect/arrange re-delivery with your local delivery office.

We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

 

We will provide full Royal Mail tracking details on request.





RETURNS

​

Refunds will only be made if the product is returned to us in an unused condition and in its original

packaging.

 

The returns period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.  

Please send it within 14 days of letting us know that you wish to return your order (we recommend you

use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will be responible for the direct cost of returning the product and for any failed deliveries. 

 

Postage will be reimbursed on items that are deemed to be faulty, limited to the value of First Class

Royal Mail large letter recorded delivery in the sum of £2.65 only.

 

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, so please note product description and dimensions carefully when ordering.
